At Sirnaaz by Mehar, we strive to provide the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchange/return requests within 7 days of delivery only in case:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received
  

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All tags and packaging must be intact.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or stitched orders

• Products purchased during sale/discount offers

• Products damaged after use

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
